Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

The amount will be charged to your credit card or other payment methods only after the order has been accepted. In the event of a bank transfer, if we do not receive the credit within 5 days, the order reservation will lapse.
Delivery
Upon receipt of the order, we will send you an e-mail confirming said receipt.
Once the order has been verified and accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email with the invoice, if you have requested it.
Finally, when sending the goods, we will send you a confirmation email with the relevant shipping identification number.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery times start from the date of shipment and not from the date of order. In some countries, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs clearance.
For perfumes in particular, due to strict transport regulations, the delivery time may be longer than estimated.
Returns
Once the return has been requested and authorized, a return form will be provided. Before completing the form, make sure you understand the terms and conditions.
Return conditions
We have a simple and convenient return procedure, to make your online shopping experience pleasant even if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if the size you ordered is incorrect.
You can return any item of clothing purchased on our site no later than 14 days from the delivery date. We will bear the cost of shipping only for countries within the European Union.
In order to ensure that your return request is successful, please take note of the following conditions:
- The garment must not be damaged
- The garment must not have been soiled or washed
- The garment must not be in such conditions that it can reasonably be expected to have been used
- The product must be intact, and include all Belvest labels and seal of authenticity
- The garment must be returned in its original packaging
We reserve the right not to accept the return if the aforementioned conditions are not met, by returning the product to the sender at the expense of the recipient.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned merchandise and check its conditions, we will refund you as soon as possible. The amount that will be credited to you will be equal to the price of the product in the purchase currency.
The refund will be made by bank transfer. We ask you to keep all the documentation of your order until the refund has taken place.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you are invited to contact us promptly by writing to us or calling our Customer Service for more information. We kindly remind you that it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been posted.
We cannot combine orders, change sizes, modify invoicing and delivery details, or add items to an existing order once said order has already been processed.
