Belvest menswear collection for spring-summer 2019 explores new dimensions of tailoring, where patterns, prints, and details describe the changed sensitivity of the men’s world.

The Millennial Suit dyed garment in the three colors of the collection: Azur Antibes, Original Ecru, Venetian Poppy, in a “graphic star” pied-de-poule fabric that gives shine and character.

The brand-new Tatting Blazer / Suit with a rever embroidery “sangallo” and the ornate “floral” jacket that enhances the taste of graphic decor in menswear tailoring, revisiting the Blue Dna that has always characterized Belvest garments.

The peak of the collection is a Top Luxury jacket proposed in a thick & thin texture with a sophisticated couture in wool-hemp-silk, or in a delicate cashmere-silk hopsack or else in a two-ply Cashemere pied-de-poule fabric.

Belvest has studied a series of “SummerWhite” suits and jackets in a environmentally friendly bio-green fabric: the garment is “all natural” mixed hemp-cotton or in a “freschissimo” double linen blend, both perfect for feeling freshness and breathability in the sunny days of the season.

Fancy jackets are one of the pillars of the collection. Among that stand out, the triple window pane of ultra-fine cotton, the glen check in four shades of Belvest Blue and a printed jacket in pure cotton that incorporates the floral graphic theme, the real inspiration of spring-summer 2019.

The blazer is revived in paintings and graphic designs that enhance the shades of blue & red such as a “New Wales” in wool-silk-linen juxtaposed to a “ New Summer Check” completely reversible, also perfect as pants fabric.

An example of this is the Utility Blazer, the urban hipster garment in ultra-fine cotton/nylon technical popline, where anatomical fit and details are trademarks of character.

The assertive and dynamic Trekking Blazer, enlivened by the demeanor of the trapeze pockets and the stitching that enhances his “strong” character..

An example of this is the elegant Novel Patch jacket where the detail of the folded “origami” pockets, almost curled on the garment, gives a sense of refinement and culture of tailoring.
